Muhammad Muqhris is a dynamic leader with a background rooted in discipline, precision, and resilience. A graduate of Akademi Laut Malaysia, he holds a Diploma in Nautical Studies, and spent three years in the shipping industry, gaining valuable experience in maritime operations, navigation, and safety compliance. Despite a promising career at sea, Muqhris made a life-defining decision to pivot into a path more aligned with his passion — empowering people and building organizations. In 2020, he entered the manpower supply industry at the most fundamental level — as an operator on the ground.
Driven by intellect, adaptability, and natural leadership, he rose through the ranks rapidly. His ability to understand operational challenges and connect with both workers and clients set him apart.
In 2024, during one of the most turbulent periods in Merakah Holdings' history, Muqhris made a bold and selfless decision — acquiring the company for RM1, taking on over RM2 million in debt, and leading its complete turnaround alongside his trusted partner, Encik Azman.
Today, as the CEO of Merakah Holdings Sdn. Bhd., Muhammad Muqhris continues to drive the company forward with a clear vision: to transform Merakah into a national leader and global contender in manpower solutions.

Encik Azman is the operational backbone of Merakah Holdings Sdn. Bhd., bringing with him over 20 years of hands-on experience in logistics and airport operations, particularly in KLIA, where he built a reputation for precision, discipline, and operational excellence.
In 2021, he joined Merakah Holdings during a critical phase of the company's transformation. With his deep understanding of logistics systems, people management, and high-pressure environments, he quickly became instrumental in restructuring operations, managing workforce deployment, and driving efficiency across all contracts.
As Chief Operating Officer, Encik Azman oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring that every assignment—whether in LPG bottling plants or specialized industrial sites—runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. His expertise covers project execution, compliance, quality assurance, and site coordination, making him a trusted point of contact for clients and a respected leader among staff.
His commitment to safety, accountability, and client satisfaction has helped position Merakah Holdings as one of the most reliable manpower providers in the sector.
